The Architectural Project of a Country House by the Pond in Chirchik
This Private Country House, located in Chirchik at the foot of the mountains, is an ideal place for a peaceful life away from the urban bustle. Completed in 2024, the project, developed by Bloomarch, is defined by fresh air, scenic views, and complete seclusion, creating a unique environment for rest and solitude.
Key Project Features
- Harmony with Nature: The architectural concept is built on a deep integration with the water and the natural landscape. The property features decorative ponds with floating platforms for relaxation and fire pits, as well as open pavilions constructed from eco-friendly materials like wood, stone, and straw.
- Unique Design: An old industrial bridge was creatively integrated into the project. It now serves as a unique architectural feature, adding individuality and a sense of history to the landscape.
- Eco-Friendly Approach: We paid special attention to sustainability, using natural materials and landscape lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
This country house is more than just a residence. It is a place where nature and modern architecture merge, creating ideal conditions for a comfortable and tranquil life.
