This
modern interior design for a
60 m² apartment in Tashkent was developed specifically as a
rental property. The design is based on minimalism, complemented by warm accents of wood and soft lighting. This approach creates a cozy and functional space where every detail is carefully considered for comfortable living.
The project combines the kitchen and living room into a single, open space. This layout makes the floor plan as efficient as possible, preserving a feeling of spaciousness and making it a comfortable place to live.
The main accents in the interior are placed on natural materials and a calm color palette. Light tones on the walls and floors harmonize with the warmth of wood, while stone textures add depth and character to the design. In the bedroom, an accent wall with a textured panel creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
The bathrooms are executed in a restrained aesthetic, using large-format stone and integrated lighting. Built-in storage systems and contemporary lighting emphasize the minimalist character of the interior, making it not only beautiful but also durable.
