At
Bloom Architecture, we are proud to present our master plan for a 43.9-hectare area in
Guliston City, Sirdaryo region. This project is a response to the growing demand for modern urban environments that are both competitive and resilient. Our approach is holistic, integrating economic, social, and ecological potential to create a unified urban vision.
Our master plan, developed in 2025, is a strategic document centered on enhancing the quality of life and fostering economic growth. It considers population trends, urban development directions, accessibility, and land suitability to define the optimal development area for the city.
Key Objectives of the Master Plan:
- Accelerated Urbanization: We aim to fast-track urbanization in city centers by developing multi-story and individual housing complexes that meet the needs of the population.
- Infrastructure & Amenities: The plan includes the revitalization of waterfronts, the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, and the creation of modern commercial and service facilities.
- Economic & Social Well-being: We focus on increasing green spaces and establishing recreational centers, shopping complexes, and other amenities to create high-income jobs and improve the overall quality of life for residents and tourists.
- Effective Land Use: The project promotes the efficient use of vacant land by identifying and developing high-yield activities, with prepared lots to be sold to businesses via an online auction.
Our vision is rooted in sustainable development principles, creating a system where every element—from a single building to the city as a whole—is interconnected. This includes the integration of “blue and green” infrastructure, such as parks, boulevards, and waterfronts, to improve air quality and provide recreational spaces.
The successful implementation of this master plan will serve as a powerful example for other projects across the
Sirdaryo region and beyond, reinforcing confidence in the future of Uzbekistan’s urban development.
