DESCRIPTION
Chimyon Ecotourism Master Plan is a direct response to the global demand for sustainable urban development and a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that are both economically viable and ecologically responsible.
Our master plan is a strategic document that seeks to enhance the quality of life and foster economic growth while protecting the region’s natural resources. It is a departure from traditional planning, as it adopts an integrated approach to land use, balancing social, economic, and environmental needs.

Key Goals of the Master Plan:

  • Driving Regional Growth: We aim to unlock the “driver” potential of the region by making efficient use of vacant land plots, generating high-yield economic activities, and creating permanent jobs.
  • Accelerating Urbanization: Our plan includes the development of multi-story and individual housing complexes, designed to meet the growing needs of the population and accelerate urban growth.
  • Enhancing Quality of Life: The project focuses on creating comfortable environments for residents and tourists alike. This includes establishing modern service facilities, recreational centers, and green spaces, such as parks and a “green belt” to improve health and well-being.
  • Prioritizing Sustainability: A core principle of our work is to integrate “blue and green” infrastructure, such as waterfront landscaping and green areas. These are essential for creating a healthy and vibrant urban environment that respects and preserves its natural context.
The implementation of this master plan will serve as a model for future projects in the Fergana region and throughout Uzbekistan. It is a bold vision for creating a future where urban development and natural preservation coexist in a way that benefits everyone.
