Alex Villas Complex 8: Modern Villas in Bali

Alex Villas Complex 8 is a meticulously planned residential development located in Ungasan, one of Bali’s most sought-after areas. Developed by Alex Villas Group in partnership with Studiya Sad, the project consists of 51 units, including studio apartments, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom villas, with private pools, rooftop terraces, and lush gardens.

The complex is strategically situated within walking distance of Melasti Beach and surrounded by renowned beach clubs like Palmilla, White Rock, and Karma Kandara.

The architecture reflects the spirit of modern tropical design: open-plan layouts, clean lines, abundant natural light, and a strong integration with the surrounding landscape. Each residence is crafted to combine privacy with openness—high-end finishes, private green balconies, rooftop lounges, and pool zones create an environment where indoor comfort meets outdoor tranquility.

Whether it’s a cozy studio or a spacious 4-bedroom villa, every unit is designed for both investment potential and serene island living. This architectural project is a continuation of a broader vision to create thoughtful, high-quality villas in key locations across Bali..The project was developed within the framework of international architectural collaboration with Studio SAD
