Sariqamish Territory Development Master Plan Presented to Beshariq District Khokimiyat
The architectural bureau has developed and officially presented a comprehensive master plan for the development of the Sariqamish territory to the khokimiyat of the Beshariq district. The primary goal of this large-scale project is to effectively unlock the region’s tourism, recreational, and natural potential while strictly preserving its unique ecosystem.
Comprehensive Analysis and Site Research The development of the sustainable concept began with detailed field research. Experts conducted a comprehensive analysis of the key regional factors, including:
- The current state and hydrological regime of the Sariqamish water reservoir;
- Unique reed beds and the natural landscape;
- Existing economic activities and strict environmental constraints;
- The overall potential of the location for domestic and international tourism growth.
Sustainable Spatial Development Concept Based on the gathered analytical data, a balanced development model was formed. It integrates key infrastructural and recreational functions into a single cohesive ecosystem:
- Hunting Tourism and Eco-Observation: establishing controlled zones for nature enthusiasts and birdwatching.
- Waterfront Recreation: creating well-equipped and safe leisure zones by the water.
- Hospitality Infrastructure: designing modern accommodation facilities (eco-hotels, glamping sites) and service points for visitor comfort.
The implementation of this master plan will transform Sariqamish into an attractive tourist destination, generate new jobs, and ensure environmental sustainability.
